• Manage reservations and prevent no-shows.
• Ensure kitchen safety regarding allergens tailored to your visit.

4. Security & Retention

We use encrypted reservation systems (SSL) to store your data. Physical records (such as guest lists for the evening) are destroyed after service.

We retain booking history for 12 months to recognize returning guests and offer personalized service, after which it is anonymized.
